  • Volunteer Policy Document - this template looks at how to set out your aims and objectives and why your organisation involves volunteers. 
  • Volunteer Agreement - this template outlines what volunteers can expect from an organisation and what you as an organisation hopes to get from a volunteer.
  • Volunteer Expense Policy - this template looks at volunteers claiming out of pocket expenses when they are involved in any activitiy in their volunteer work with your organisation.

  • 'Charity Trustee Welcome Pack' - Charity Commission. This has been developed as a guide for any new Trustees and will help them understand their role. 
  • Mental Health at Work - online platform for resources that help you develop policies and procedures that encourage positive mental health at work. NCVO have contributed to the resources and outline the importance of supporting staff and volunteers in an accompanying blog here
