A new way for DeVA to provide our Volunteering Support Service

DeVA Partners have restructured the volunteer support service to provide a more consistent and effective Devon-wide service. We are now undertaking a locality approach with centralisation of information and communication and the inclusion of a strategic business focused role dedicated to promoting volunteering.

DeVA has three Locality Volunteer Support Co-ordinators who will support and enable individuals to participate and/or volunteer within their communities. They will have oversight of volunteer delivered brokerage in their locality, develop outreach delivery of information and access across Market towns and other key locations and provide support and deliver local volunteer organiser forums.

You should not see a change to the support provided to you as an organisation involving volunteers. Volunteer Connect allows you to upload your own vacancies, giving you the power to manage and self-serve your volunteer opportunities - www.devonva.org/volunteer
