Devon County Council are developing their new strategic plan. This will set out the Council’s ambition and how they will focus on what matters to the people of Devon.

Devon County Council are keen to hear more from local people and they are targeting this meeting to reach diverse groups of people, such as those from minority ethnic groups and people with disabilities.

Officers from the Council will join the meeting to listen to what matters to attendees as a resident of Devon. For example, it could be anything from transport and library services to moving schools and finding a job. The discussion will be led by you!

This meeting provides an opportunity to influence thinking and content of Devon County Council’s strategic plan along with information and findings from previous consultations such as the Community Survey to inform the development of the plan.

Refreshments will be provided for this meeting and travel expenses will be reimbursed by bank transfer or cheque.

As they targeting this opportunity to reach diverse groups of people, this is why attendees will be asked to complete an equality form as part of the booking process.
